Webmaster level: All We recently updated the Top Search Queries data to take into account the average top position, we enabled programmatic download and we made sure you could still get all the queries that drive traffic to your site. Well, now it’s time to give you more search queries data!First, and most important, you can now see up to 90 days of historical data. If you click on the date picker in the top right of Search queries, you can go back three months instead of the previous 35 days.
And after you click:
In order to see 90 days, the option to view with changes will be disabled. If you want to see the changes with respect to the previous time period, the limit remains 30 days. Changes are disabled by default but you can switch them on and off with the button between the graph and the table. Top search queries data is normally available within 2 or 3 days.
Another big improvement in Webmaster Tools is that you can now see basic search query data as soon as you verify ownership of a site. No more waiting to see your information.
Finally, we're now collecting data for the top 2000 queries for which your site gets clicks. You may see less than 2000 if we didn’t record any clicks for a particular query in a given day, or if your query data is spread out among many countries or languages. For example, a search for [flowers] on Google Canada is counted separately from a search for [flowers] on google.com. Nevertheless, with this change 98% of sites will have complete coverage. Let us know what you think. We hope the new data will be useful.

This is a great feature, now if we could print the reports to PDF .. That would ROCK!
William, you can print as PDF withing Chrome.
Sweet.
Why about access to data right away? Remove the 2-3 day lag. I don't care what happend 2 days ago. I want to know about today!
The thing is you bastards penalized my website on April 25, 80% drop in traffic!. Today it's April 26 and I'm trying to figure out which keywords are no longer driving traffic to my website. Nothing. Right now Webmaster Tools is showing 3000 clicks for 4/23/2012. That's not helpful.
Thats a real good features implemented by Google. It makes my work a bit easier. :)
This helps us a lot, specially in the area of potential query searching. Now have more queries. Great.
good feature and now its little bit better way to keep monitoring the position of webiste
that's good, thank you
That is great feature add in webmaster
It's a great feature of Google Webmaster tools. But I noticed that my website was first page for last three month but after April 26, 2012 now sometimes in 3rd page or sometimes in 4th page.
Is it due to update of new features?
Thanks for the improvement to see basic search query data.
This is a great feature (the 90 day data) for web masters. However I think there is a great scope for improvement when it comes to webmaster tools area.
I have not faced any issues, and it seems that many of my friends are having issues with the emails from unnatural links. Google should understand that there are many negative people out there, who go ahead and do negative seo for high ranking sites, so the good people should not be penalized for any reason.
Hope google takes this in to account
Yes. This change is useful.

Still wondering when we are going to get the author stats back and hopefully when we do in a more understandable format?
Or better yet just ad them to Google Analytics where they belong?
that's very good, thank you
But sometimes data seems to be wrong as webmaster tools doesn't show the real presense of (my, for example) web site in SERP. It is too old data.
It seems to me webmaster tools, mostly shows wrong data. It doesn't reflect a real (current) positions of (my, for example) web site in SERP. Currently data for my web site shows positions for month or more before as current positions)). So I think the Tool, is not still effective and needs improvements.
