When it comes to talking with webmasters, we just can't get enough.

This past March we had the pleasure of connecting with hundreds of you online in our first-ever Webmaster Help Group online live chat, which included a presentation on Images in Google Search by Maile, lots of feedback from you on webmaster issues, a site clinic, and dozens of questions answered by folks from our Google Webmaster Central team.

Given the success of this previous chat, we've decided to do it again.  We're hosting another free live chat (dubbed JuneTune), and we'd love to have you attend!

Here's what you'll need:

What will our JuneTune chat include?

  • INTRO:  A quick hello from some of your favorite Help Group Guides
  • PRESO:  A presentation on Personalization in Google Search by our own John Mueller.
  • FAQs:  We're calling this "Three for Three," and we'll have three different Googlers tackling three different issues we've seen come up in the Group recently.  What will they be?  You'll just have to attend the chat to find out!
  • And lots of Q&A!  You'll have a chance to type questions during the entire session, and we'll pick as many as we can to answer in writing and in speaking during the chat.

When and how can you join in?

  • Mark the date on your calendar now: Thursday, June 19, for about one hour starting at 2:00pm PDT / 5:00pm EDT / 21:00 UTC / 23:00 CET
  • Register right now for this event. Please note that you'll need to click on the "register" link on the lefthand side.
  • Using the link e-mailed to you by WebEx (the service hosting the event), log in 5-10 minutes prior to 2pm PDT.

We hope you can stop by, and look forward to chatting with you!  In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to post a note in this Groups thread.

as a person who lives in iran, it's not good idea to remove iran from the list of geographic target of wenmaster tools(You(better) & I, know that many countries around Iran such pakistan, afghanistan, iraq & ... are many many younger than that we can call them country.also notice that today there is such a silly man like ahamdinejad as our president, and about 3 years ago there was an angel like Khatami, and ahamdinejad is going as soon as possible, it is considerable that in iran we say that, there were a politic calculation mistake in between a plus(+) and a minus(-) sign that causes that ahmadinejad becomes president. so remember that one day he goes & every thing remaining is peoples like me that never forgot about our Country removal from list of Countries, it is up to you & not your government that removes IRAN from the list.

Hi a2mn,
This was definitely just an oversight and not a deliberate removal. Thanks for letting us know; we'll look into it.

@a2mn- Thanks for your perspective on the political climate in Iran. This seems an unlikely place to read such comments, but they were still very interesting. Here's hoping for a better political climate for all.

Laurent, sorry you weren't able to get to the chat! If you have a moment to let us know specifically what happened (in the comments here or the Group here: http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-chit-chat/browse_thread/thread/09e9720ed5de7bd8/9c5f5be050c94162#9c5f5be050c94162), that'd be great!

And Urban, Jordi, we're working as fast as we can to get a nicely usable version of the Q&A, presentations, and audio online for you to check out. I'll post an addendum to this post and also a note in the Group when that's done (hopefully in the next day or two :)

Hi Google,

Thanx a lot Google it was gr8 having all the info at one place. Its my 1st event with Googlers and i m really thanxfull to them as it gives a widespread opportunity to learn from the Experts. It was interesting, fun and i got lot of issues solved like Url lowercase, domain issues etc...
I love that the central team conduct much more events which would make users aware of the "Search Industry" and we can research on the topics covered.

Thanx
